Terms of Service

By accessing or using Yori, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us, that you accept these Terms, and that you agree to comply with them. If you are using Yori on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use Yori to (a) generate or post replies that are deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or unlawful; (b) impersonate a business you don't represent; (c) interfere with the integrity of the service or attempt to gain unauthorised access; or (d) violate Google's terms of service for connected accounts.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing for renewal terms with at least 30 days' notice.

Trials are limited to one per business and one per billing entity. We may end or modify trial offers at any time. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you authorise us to charge the plan you selected at sign-up.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or by emailing hello@yori.app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.

Yori and its software, branding, and content are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit and the replies generated for you, subject to a limited licence for us to operate and improve the service.

Yori is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will be appropriate in every context. You are responsible for reviewing replies before they are published when you have configured Yori to require approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Yori is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know via email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
